PDA - an excerpt

INT. BEDROOM - NIGHT
OVERLAY - SOME TIME AGO
Eric lies in bed with his hands behind his head. Jules sits at the edge of the bed and dresses herself.
ERIC: You know, you’ve done better.
Jules laughs.
JULES: You mean you?
ERIC: Not such a reach, is it?
JULES: That book has been closed for a while now.

EXT. BATTERY PARK BENCH - DAY
Greg and Kay look out into the Hudson. Greg points at the Statue of Liberty.
GREG: Hey, that’s pretty cool.
KAY: So, what is it that you do?
GREG: I’m in - well, was in sales.
KAY: Selling what??
GREG: Beds.
KAY: Oh yeah? That a pretty good racket?
GREG: Everyone sleeps, right?
KAY: Not vampires.
GREG: Yeah, they do - during the day.
KAY: But they sleep in...
Will and Kim
EXT. STREET - NIGHT
Marc and Jane GIGGLE as they struggle to keep their balance in the parking lot. They stop every now and again to mack for a few seconds. Will and Kim follow behind them.
KIM: Should he be driving?
WILL: Umm…no.
KIM: How dicked would it be if we just took them back home.
WILL: God, I’ll never hear the end of that.
KIM: Okay, so who’s taking them?
